Le char léger L6/40 fut conçu et développé par Fiat-Ansaldo dans le but de remplacer l'obsolète L3/35, qui avait montré toutes ses lacunes sur les différents théâtres d'opérations où il avait été employé. Armé d'un petit canon de 20 mm en tourelle, il constituait une nette amélioration par rapport à son prédécesseur, mais la lenteur du développement et de la production du véhicule fit malheureusement que le L6 ne fut distribué aux unités combattantes qu'en 1941 bien avancé, alors qu'il était déjà un char dépassé et inapte à affronter les blindés ennemis. Il fut produit à environ 300 exemplaires et, après le 8 septembre 43, il continua d'être employé par les forces de la RSI et par les Allemands dans la lutte anti-partisans. Chaque boîte Mussini contient 2 L6/40.

Le char léger L6/40 fut conçu et développé par Fiat-Ansaldo dans l'intention de remplacer le L3/35 devenu obsolète, qui avait montré toutes ses limites sur les différents théâtres de guerre où il avait été employé. Armé d'un canon de 20 mm en tourelle, il représentait un net progrès par rapport à son prédécesseur, mais la lenteur du développement et de la production de l'engin fit malheureusement que le L6 ne fut distribué aux unités combattantes qu'en 1941, alors qu'il était déjà dépassé et inapte à affronter les chars ennemis. Environ 300 exemplaires furent produits et, après le 8 septembre 1943, il continua d'être utilisé par les Repubblichini (les unités de la Repubblica di Salò fasciste) et par les forces allemandes dans des missions antipartisans. Chaque boîte Mussini contient deux L6/40 à monter.

Returning the goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal you have 14 days to send the products back to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all the parts intact as at the time of delivery. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The cost of returning the goods is at your expense, except where the product is damaged or not as described, in which case we bear it.
Refund
We will refund you all payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. If, when placing the order, you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one we offer, the difference remains at your expense.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first. The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). This category includes models painted on request and work carried out specifically for you: we always tell you before confirming the order.
Damaged, missing or defective products
If one or more items arrive damaged, or if something is missing, write to us straight away at info@mussinisas.it, attaching a photo if possible. We will send the missing or damaged parts, or replace the whole product, at no cost to you.
In addition to the right of withdrawal, as a consumer you are entitled to the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity you may request the repair or replacement of the goods and, under the conditions laid down by law, a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
Where we accept returns from
We accept returns from any country. For purchases made outside the European Union the same conditions described here apply; any customs duties and import taxes already paid are not refundable by us.
