Refund policy

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, by writing to info@mussinisas.it.

We refund all payments received, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the product is damaged or not in conformity.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, including models painted to order. The 24-month legal guarantee of conformity is unaffected.
