Il nuovo modello Mussini in scala 1/72 del T-26 Modello 1933, stampato in 3D, rappresenta una fedele riproduzione della variante carro comando di compagnia, impiegata durante la Guerra Civile spagnola, le battaglie al confine orientale contro l'Armata del Kwantung giapponese e il primo periodo della Seconda guerra mondiale. Basato sul carro leggero sovietico più prodotto del periodo interbellico, questo kit cattura nei dettagli la configurazione con antenna a corrimano radiofonica montata intorno alla torretta, caratteristica distintiva dei carri destinati al comando delle unità corazzate.
Dettagli storici e tecnici del modello
Il T-26 nacque come derivato sovietico del britannico Vickers 6-Ton, ma fu completamente riprogettato e adattato alle esigenze del teatro operativo sovietico. Il modello 1933 segnò un’evoluzione fondamentale, con l’introduzione della torretta singola cilindrica armata con il potente cannone da 45 mm 20K e una mitragliatrice DT da 7,62 mm coassiale. Nella variante da comando, come nel modello 3D proposto, è presente la radio, con antenna a corrimano che fu successivamente sostituita da quella a frusta, per evitare di attirare il fuoco nemico, come accadde durante la Guerra di Spagna.

Il modello 3D in scala 1/72 è progettato per essere facile da assemblare, ma al tempo stesso estremamente ricco di dettagli: la torretta sia con sportello chiuso che con quello aperto, l’interno del comparto di comando e i dettagli delle sospensioni tipo bogie rappresentano fedelmente le caratteristiche del T-26 reale. Non manca il tipici elementi del carro comando, come l’antenna esterna. A disposizione ci sono poi due varianti delle scatole porta utensili disposte sui fianchi, a scelta chiuse o aperte. Infine, sono inclusi due figurini, quello del capocarro e del pilota.

The new 1/72 scale Mussini model of the T-26 Model 1933, 3D-printed, is a faithful reproduction of the company command tank variant, used during the Spanish Civil War, in the border battles against the Japanese Kwantung Army, and in the early stages of World War II. Based on the most-produced Soviet light tank of the interwar period, this kit captures in detail the configuration with the distinctive rail-type radio antenna mounted around the turret—an identifying feature of tanks used to command armored units.
Historical and technical details of the model
The T-26 was a Soviet development of the British Vickers 6-Ton, but it was completely redesigned and adapted to the needs of the Soviet operational theatre. The 1933 model marked a significant evolution, introducing a single cylindrical turret armed with the powerful 45 mm 20K cannon and a coaxial 7.62 mm DT machine gun. In the command version—faithfully reproduced in this 3D model—a radio set is present, originally using a rail antenna, which was later replaced by a whip antenna to avoid attracting enemy fire, as happened during the Spanish Civil War.
