We design and 3D print every model at our workshop in Castellamonte, in the province of Turin, Italy. Each piece is made to order, checked and packed before dispatch.
Processing time
Our models are printed to order: preparing your order takes 3-5 working days before it is handed to the courier. Transit time, shown below, is added to that.

Customs duties and import taxes
Shipments outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are payable by the recipient and follow the rules of the destination country.
Tracking
When your order leaves our workshop you receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
