Terms of service
These terms govern the sale of the products offered on www.mussini.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Seller

2. Products
Products are described on their product pages. Photographs are for illustration: the painted models shown in them are there to show a possible finished result. Unless stated otherwise, products are sold unpainted and unassembled.
Resin models are 3D printed and bas-reliefs are hand-cast in ceramic, to order. Small differences between one piece and another are inherent to these processes and are not a defect.
Products contain small and sometimes sharp parts: they are not suitable for children under 14. Glue, paints and other materials are not included.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros. The price shown on the product page is the final price for the consumer, excluding shipping costs, which are shown before you confirm your order.
4. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email, which summarises the products purchased, the price, the shipping costs and the delivery address. Please keep that email: it serves as confirmation of the contract.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering, using one of the methods shown at checkout. Payment details are handled directly by the payment service providers and are not stored by us.
6. Processing and delivery
Products are made to order: processing takes 3-5 working days, plus the courier's transit time. Rates, times and destinations are set out on the Shipping page. In any case, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient under the rules of the destination country.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Conditions, the model withdrawal form and refund arrangements are set out on the Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty page. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, including models painted to order.
8. Legal guarantee of conformity
As a consumer you are entitled to the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If a product arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us straight away: we will send the parts or a replacement at no cost to you.

10. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside remain applicable, and any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence or domicile.
